You shall have extensive NY experience with supervision and training of staff, customer relations and everything FOH.
You are willing to do the leg work in a busy full service sit down restaurant, even be a server/bartender when needed.
You are a team player and have authority and can lead a team.
You don't mind working weekends and late nights.
You love to be around people and make them happy.
You are a problem solver and can improvise without supervision.
You don't like working in a corporate environment and don't like to do administrative tasks.
You understand the European lifestyle, culture and cuisine and prefer a family run business.
You want to be a part of a winning team!
