BirriaLES is a Mexican cuisine and Birria is a dish from the state of Jalisco. The dish is a spicy stew, traditionally made from goat meat or mutton, but occasionally from beef or chicken. We are looking for highly motivated cashiers/host to give excellent customer service. We have two locations as of now and are looking for full-time and part time positions.
Requirements but not limited to:
WE ARE LOOKING FOR LINE COOKS AND CASHIERS !
Host/Hostess/Cashier/Packer /line cook
Kitchen and grill experience
Minimum 2 years of host/cashier/packing experience
Good communication skills, ability to work any day of the week and any time of the day
Ability to take customer orders in person and by phone, organized and can pack multiple deliveries, send orders out in a fast paced environment
Has great phone etiquette, customer service, polite and presentable
Committed to work, is passionate and a great team player
Prompt, reliable, straightforward, smart and willing to learn
Experienced in using POS systems
Ability to provide an attentive and fine service in a high volume setting and effectively with sense of urgency
Be able to communicate gracefully and efficiently to the guests and co-workers
Consistently maintain service standards, daily sidework and set-up
Team player with positive attitude
