Friedmans Restaurant is searching for a skilled Sous Chef to join the catering team within the Time Square Location at 228 West 47 Street.
As the catering Sous Chef you will successfully manage, supervise, and ensure the preparation of food is representative of the high standards that exist within Friedmans.
You will work directly with the executive chef, catering director, and lead catering chef in a production based role.
Applicants should have 2 years of catering experience.
