We are seeking a reliable, self-motivated cook/chef with strong brunch experience. The ideal candidate is comfortable handling all aspects of prep and service, can follow recipes precisely, and enjoys creating fresh, seasonal menus that keep guests coming back.
Responsibilities:
Prepare and serve brunch and dinner items efficiently in a professional work environment
Follow established recipes and maintain consistent quality
Create and contribute to seasonal menu ideas
Handle kitchen prep, cooking, plating, and cleanup independently
Maintain kitchen cleanliness and meet NYC health standards
Requirements:
Food Handler’s Certification preferred
Brunch experience required
Must be reliable, punctual, and organized
Ability to manage time and multitask in a fast-paced, one-man kitchen
Strong attention to detail and presentation
Schedule:
PM Shift with some brunch hours as needed
Weekends required
