We’re seeking a chef with a creative vision to spearhead new culinary concepts as we grow our restaurant.

Candidates for this position will have strong leadership abilities, a hospitality mindset, and a hands-on approach to the art of running a professional kitchen.

The Executive Chef serves as a leader. The Executive Chef is responsible for upholding the highest quality standards for the menu by being well-versed in the recipes, plating; product specifications,

and cooking techniques. They need to be familiar with and drive sanitation regulations and showcase those standards within the operation.

They support and create a culture with the staff to ensure that the guest experience and financial health of the business are in line with the standards, vision, and goals of the restaurant

As Sous Chef, you’ll work closely with the Head Chef to oversee all aspects of our kitchen productivity, from menu development to the budget and schedule. This includes managing our kitchen team, monitoring inventory, and ensuring all dishes are created to the high standards we are known for. We’re seeking candidates with experience in various roles in a professional kitchen who possess the ability to manage large teams effectively.
