We are launching a new plant-based restaurant and lifestyle brand in NYC - a bold, fun,
health-forward concept focused on creating real food that tastes amazing and can scale from plate
to package.
We're looking for an Executive Chef who is equal parts culinary artist and food innovator - someone
who loves crafting unforgettable vegan meals and understands how to turn those recipes into
products that can live on grocery shelves nationwide.
Who You Are:
- A passionate plant-based chef with experience in high-quality restaurants, ideally in NYC, LA, or
other food-forward cities.
- Deeply curious about food as a system - from flavor and texture to shelf life and nutritional integrity.
- Comfortable collaborating with branding, operations, and packaging teams.
- Bonus if you've worked with a CPG company or R&D kitchen.
Responsibilities:
- Lead the creation of a seasonal, crave-worthy menu focused on healthy, whole-food vegan dishes
(no fake meats).
- Work closely with our founders to develop packaged food products (sauces, snacks, meals) for
retail launch.
- Manage BOH hiring, kitchen setup, sourcing, and systems.
- Maintain a balance of creativity and operational efficiency.
- Participate in tastings, marketing events, and future investor meetings.
