Executive Housekeeper

Job description

The primary responsibility of the Executive Housekeeper is to

manage, direct, and control housekeeping operations, as well as the staff within

the housekeeping department. The ideal candidate is responsible for maintaining an

overall clean and safe hotel for all our guests and employees, by putting in

place quality controls and training/developing all team members up to company

and brand standards.

The Executive Housekeeper also ensures that the department is

running in an efficient and economical manner, sets budgetary standards, and

maintains cost control. They must also have the ability to solve problems, support

their staff, and perform the duties of a housekeeping team member when needed/required.

At least 5 years experience in a similar capacity as a Director or Assistant Director in a NYC Union hotel. Excellent written, verbal, organizational skills as well as business acumen.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $75,000.00 - $85,000.00 per year
