You must have a great work ethic, you must look good and speak clear English. We have a great environment and strong and steady earnings for the right persons. Entrepreneurial and entertaining personality is best, since you grow and maintain your own bar business. Servers must have an attitude of guest needs urgency. You MUST be a happy person naturally.
