Were looking for a minimum of 1 year experience in the prep field. You would be preparing and cutting all types of meats. Peeling green bananas, Plantains and all types of vegetables, making sauces , salads, etc. This is a fast paced high volume business. The ideal candidate must work well under pressure and have knowledge on dicing , chopping, slicing all types of meats and vegetables. Must have knowledge on measurements.
