Artesano Restaurant is currently seeking talented individuals to join our culinary team in the following positions:

Sous Chef

Pastry Chef

Line Cooks

As a member of our team, you will have the opportunity to work in a high-energy, creative, and collaborative atmosphere dedicated to delivering exceptional dining experiences to our discerning guests. Our restaurant prides itself on using the finest ingredients, innovative techniques, and impeccable service to create unforgettable culinary journeys.

Sous Chef Responsibilities:

Assisting the Executive Chef in menu planning, food preparation, and kitchen operations.

Supervising kitchen staff and ensuring high standards of quality and consistency.

Collaborating with the culinary team to develop new dishes and maintain menu freshness.

Upholding sanitation and safety standards in the kitchen at all times.

Pastry Chef Responsibilities:

Leading the pastry kitchen in creating and executing a variety of desserts, pastries, and baked goods.

Developing and refining pastry recipes while adhering to quality and presentation standards.

Managing inventory, ordering supplies, and maintaining cleanliness in the pastry kitchen.

Mentoring and training pastry staff to ensure excellence in execution.

Line Cook Responsibilities:

Executing food preparation tasks according to recipes and quality standards.

Operating kitchen equipment and maintaining a clean and organized work station.

Working efficiently in a fast-paced environment to meet service demands.

Following proper food safety and sanitation procedures at all times.

Qualifications:

Previous experience in a similar role within a high-end restaurant or luxury hotel environment.

Strong culinary skills and a passion for creativity and innovation.

Excellent teamwork and communication skills.

Ability to thrive in a fast-paced and demanding kitchen environment.

Relevant culinary education or certifications preferred.
