I operate 2 neighborhood bar kitchens. One is established, other one has just opened. Looking for a dedicated line cook or Sous Chef willing to partner up and help me run the kitchens. These are small operations, we aren't doing 300 covers a night, however everything is made from scratch. You are a 1 man operation in the kitchen. Small simple menu, same menu in both establishments
