EXPERIENCED RESTAURANT MANAGER

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Restaurant Manager to lead our team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for hospitality, proven leadership skills, and the ability to maintain the highest standards of service and operations. As a Restaurant Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing daily operations, managing staff, ensuring guest satisfaction, and meeting financial targets.

Key Responsibilities:

- Highly dependable

-Manage and supervise daily restaurant operations

-Lead, train, and develop staff to maintain high standards of service

-Ensure an outstanding guest experience at all times

-Maintain inventory and ensure proper stock levels

-Oversee staff scheduling and payroll management

-Handle customer complaints and provide effective solutions

-Monitor financial performance, including budgeting and cost control

-Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations

-Collaborate with the kitchen and bar teams to optimize food and beverage offerings

Qualifications:

-Minimum 3 years of experience in a management role within the hospitality industry

-Strong leadership and team-building skills

-Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

-Proven ability to manage a busy restaurant environment

-Knowledge of restaurant management software and POS system TOAST

OPEN TABLE, RESY AND MICROSOFT OFFICE

-Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities

-Experience bar management as well as floor management.

-Knowledge of food safety regulations and procedures( DOHMH food protection certificate)
