What You’ll Bring:
- Experience: Minimum of 4 years in restaurant management with a track record of leading teams to success.
- Passion for Beer: A deep love for craft beer and a desire to learn more about the brewing process.
- Leadership Skills: Ability to manage a team of 50-60 staff members in both Front of House (FOH) and Back of House (BOH) operations.
- Event Savvy: Previous experience in managing events and creating memorable experiences for guests.
- Operational Know-How: Proficiency in ordering, inventory management, and quality control.
Multi-tasking Master: A self-motivated leader who thrives in a fast-paced environment and can handle stressful situations with ease.
Qualifications:
- Familiarity with craft beer styles and a serious interest in the beer industry.
- Experience in various restaurant roles such as server, host, or bartender is a plus.

- Oversee all restaurant operations to ensure a smooth, high-volume service.
- Supervise and support restaurant staff, from hiring and training to daily maintenance.
- Collaborate with the General Manager and management team to foster a strong team culture.
- Actively collect and respond to guest feedback to enhance the experience.
- Step in to lead during busy times, ensuring our guests receive top-notch service.
- Assist the General Manager with sales tracking and reporting for senior leadership.
