Job Description:
We are seeking a dedicated and dynamic Floor Manager to join our team at our NoMad location. The ideal candidate will have a passion for hospitality, strong leadership skills, and a commitment to providing outstanding customer service.
Key Responsibilities:
Oversee daily operations of the restaurant floor to ensure smooth service
Lead and motivate the front-of-house team to deliver excellent customer experiences
Manage reservations and coordinate seating arrangements to optimize service flow
Address and resolve customer complaints and feedback promptly and professionally
Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations
Assist in training and developing staff members
Monitor inventory levels and coordinate with the kitchen and bar staff to maintain stock
Contribute to marketing and promotional activities to boost sales
Requirements:
Proven experience in a managerial role within the hospitality industry
Strong interpersonal and communication skills
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
Excellent problem-solving abilities and attention to detail
Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed
