Our growing restaurant group is hiring a Front of House Manager (FOH). Previous experience as a floor manager or a general manager in a full-service restaurant is essential for this person to be successful in this role. This role will likely spend time in both of our restaurants.
Key Responsibilities include but aren't limited to:
co-ordinate restaurant operations during shifts
implement standard operating procedures
manage staff performance in accordance with established standards and procedures
ensure staff know and adhere to established codes of practice
interact with guests to ensure all inquiries and complaints are handled promptly and with a smile
communicate with the General Manager, Executive Chef and ownership around any issues with service
work with the kitchen to manage our delivery orders
open and close the FOH during their shifts
The ideal candidate has experience in a high volume restaurant and is knowledgeable around FOH best practices. They are energetic, proactive, and able to communicate effectively with staff and with ownership. Self-starters are a must! It is incredibly important that they love to engage with guests and have real enthusiasm for their job!
