We are a multi unit cafe/restaurant located in Staten Island/Brooklyn/Queens. This managerial/shift leader position is for a Queens location. We are looking for someone to work full time 5 to 6 days per week as needed who can take charge, be a great leader, be in control and extremely customer friendly. This is a great opportunity for someone with server type experience or anyone with hospitality experience looking to make a career in the restaurant business. We are looking to hire and train immediately. Responsibilities are but not limited to customer service which is a priority, taking phone orders, inventory ordering, staff scheduling, maintain the FOH at a DOH inspection ready status, hire and train new employees, giving guidance to staff so they can complete tasks properly, dispatching food delivery routes, making coffee based drinks, handling 3rd party food delivery services, help in advertising & marketing on social media.
