A fast-casual Japanese sushi roll shop near the Brooklyn Museum/Prospect Heights is looking for front-of-house staff.

We are a Japanese-owned counter-service sushi roll shop in Brooklyn. While staying true to the authenticity of Japanese cuisine, Silver Rice puts a unique spin on traditional sushi rolls, chirashi bowls, and drinks. The restaurant is a destination spot for anyone seeking quality sushi (Selected for Zagat 2020 and Bon Appétit’s The NYC100).
Ideal Candidates Must:

Complete assigned daily tasks consistently
Understand sanitation and health code laws for the food industry
Be fluent in English
Have legal working status

Knowledge/Interest of Japanese food and culture
Work Schedule (Currently we are hiring for 2 locations):
(Crown Heights location) 3days/week
-Mondays: Lunch (11:00 AM - 4:00 PM)
-Tuesdays: Lunch (11:00 AM - 4:00 PM)
-Sundays: Lunch (11:00 AM - 4:00 PM) & Dinner (5:00 PM – 10:30 PM)
(Lefferts Gardens location) 3days/week
-Saturdays: Dinner (3:30 PM – 10:00 PM)
-Sundays: Dinner (3:30 PM – 10:00 PM)
-Plus 1 of weekday dinner shifts.
Opportunity:
