We are a seasoned Brooklyn restaurant team opening a South Indian bistro featuring a full bar, refined cocktail program and a modern take on traditional South Indian cuisine with a local following just steps from the Brooklyn Academy of Music. We are seeking professional, hospitality-driven individuals to join our opening team ASAP. Our concept blends a sophisticated atmosphere with a warm, approachable dining experience.
Available Positions:
Host (Part-Time)
Servers (Part-Time / Full-Time)
Bartenders (Part-Time / Full-Time)
Qualifications:
Available to interview, train ASAP.
Servers and Bartenders: A minimum of 2 years of experience in a fast-paced, high-quality restaurant environment is required.
Experience in both serving and bartending roles is highly preferred.
Strong communication skills, attention to detail, and a commitment to exceptional hospitality.
Hosts should be poised, organized, and guest-focused; prior experience with Resy is preferred but not mandatory.
