A fast-casual Japanese sushi roll shop near the Brooklyn Museum and Prospect Park is seeking front-of-house staff. Primary responsibilities include packing orders, preparing condiments, and taking customer orders.

We are a Japanese-owned, counter-service sushi roll shop based in Brooklyn. Committed to authentic Japanese cuisine, Silver Rice offers a unique twist on traditional sushi rolls, chirashi bowls, and beverages. Our restaurant has become a neighborhood favorite known for high-quality food and a welcoming atmosphere.
Ideal Candidates:

Able to multitask in a fast-paced environment
Punctual and reliable
Consistent in completing assigned daily tasks
Knowledgeable about sanitation and health code regulations
Fluent in English
Legally authorized to work in the U.S.

Knowledge of Japanese cuisine and culture
Weekend availability
Work Schedule:
(Crown Heights – 638 Park Place, Brooklyn)
3–4 days/week
Lunch: 11:00 AM – 4:00 PM
Dinner: 4:30 PM – 10:30 PM
Weekend availability and at least one lunch shift (weekday or weekend) are required.
Opportunities for Growth:
We are also hiring for a full-time Shift Leader position. This role includes additional responsibilities and opportunities to grow with the team. Details will be discussed during the interview.
