What You Will Bring to Our Team:
An energetic leadership style with a passion for hospitality and service
Minimum of (2) years of similar work experience having managed a restaurant and bar
Experience with beverage program curation, execution, and maintenance
Well-versed knowledge of the latest trends in cocktails, beer, spirits, and wine
A team-oriented attitude with an aptitude for staff training and development
Strong administrative skills with experience in scheduling, cost controls, inventory, and payroll

What we expect from you:
Lead daily operations with intention, setting the tone for engaged, high-energy floor service
Maintain and develop a seasonal craft cocktail beverage program
Recruit, interview, hire, train, coach, and develop team members
Lead weekly manager and daily pre-shift meetings to drive goals and provide staff with ongoing education and training
Scheduling, ordering, inventory, cash management, sales reporting
Prioritize health and safety operations
Generate new revenue through brand promotion and events
