A Busy Greek Restaurant is looking for full time line cooks to work in a fun, team oriented and high quality environment for its Manhattan Location.
Primary Responsibilities
Ability to Broil, Grill and finish dishes so that they look great
Ability to wrap classic Greek sandwiches such as Gyro and Souvlaki
Ability to handle knives and operate all kitchen equipment
Coordinate food orders to ensure timely and efficient delivery to each table or outgoing customers
Ensure proper food safety and sanitary standards
Follow recipe and presentation guidelines to meet or exceed customers expectations
Label Food and ensure proper rotation (First In First Out)
Work with other kitchen personnel to fulfill all orders
Requirements
Must be very responsible and show up on time for all shifts
Good communication with all employees including ownership
Must look professional and meet all heath code expectations of a kitchen employee
