We’re looking for a dynamic and experienced Floor Manager to join our team and help lead daily service with warmth, confidence, and a deep sense of hospitality.
Key Responsibilities:
Lead and support the front-of-house team during service to ensure smooth and efficient operations
Deliver a guest experience that’s engaging, attentive, and true to the spirit of Gus and Marty’s
Manage daily floor shifts, including team briefings, table management, and guest relations
Monitor service flow and jump in where needed—host, bus, run food, or support servers
Maintain high standards of cleanliness, organization, and ambiance
Train, coach, and motivate FOH staff in collaboration with senior leadership
Handle guest concerns with professionalism and a problem-solving mindset
Support scheduling, opening/closing procedures, and occasional administrative tasks
Qualifications:
2+ years of FOH experience in a high-volume, full-service restaurant
Previous leadership or shift lead experience strongly preferred
Strong communication and organizational skills
Grace under pressure and a natural sense of hospitality
Familiarity with POS systems (Toast a plus), wine/spirits knowledge a bonus
Weekend and evening availability is essential
