Front of House Positions
1. Managers
Responsibilities: Oversee daily operations, Manage staff schedules and performance, Ensure excellent customer service, Handle customer inquiries and resolve issues
Qualifications: Previous management experience in hospitality, Strong leadership and organizational skills, Excellent communication abilities
2.Hosts/Hostesses
Responsibilities: Greet and seat guests, Manage reservations and waitlists, Ensure a welcoming environment
Qualifications: Previous hosting experience preferred, Friendly and professional demeanor, Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
3.Bartenders
Responsibilities: Prepare and serve beverages, Maintain bar inventory and supplies, Ensure cleanliness and organization of the bar area
Qualifications: Proven bartending experience, Knowledge of drink recipes and mixology
4.Bottle Waitress
Responsibilities:
Take and deliver orders accurately, Provide excellent customer service, Collaborate with bar staff
Qualifications: Previous serving experience, Strong interpersonal skills, Ability to work flexible hours
5.VIP Hosts
Responsibilities: Manage VIP reservations and special requests, Provide personalized service to high-profile guests, Coordinate with management to enhance guest experiences
Qualifications: Experience in high-end hospitality roles, Discreet and professional attitude, Exceptional communication skills
Back of House Positions
1.Bussers
Responsibilities: Clear and set tables efficiently, Assist servers in delivering orders, Maintain cleanliness in dining areas
Qualifications: Previous bussing or support role experience, Ability to work quickly and efficiently, Team-oriented mindset
2.Bathroom Attendants
Responsibilities: Maintain cleanliness and supplies in restrooms, Ensure a pleasant experience for guests, Monitor restroom areas for any issues
Qualifications: Attention to detail, Reliability and punctuality, Previous attendant experience preferred
3.Coat Check
Responsibilities: Manage guest coat check efficiently, Ensure the security of guests' belongings, Provide friendly and organized service
Qualifications: Experience in coat check or similar roles, Strong organizational skills, Excellent customer service abilities
4.Barbacks
Responsibilities: Support bartenders by restocking supplies, Maintain bar cleanliness and organization, Assist with inventory management
Qualifications: Previous barback or support role experience, Ability to handle physical tasks, Quick learner with a proactive attitude
