Role Description
This is a Full-Time, on-site role at LouLou Petit Bistro and Lounge located in the New York City Metropolitan Area. As a Hostess, you will be responsible for greeting and seating guests, managing reservations, answering customer inquiries, answering phone calls, replying emails, and maintaining the cleanliness of the reception area. You will be expected to provide exceptional customer service and ensure that our guests have a positive experience.
