Paint 'N Pour is the newest and most exciting paint-and-sip lounge in NYC, offering a one-of-a-kind experience with an open bar, signature cocktails, trending music, and delicious small plates and desserts—all in a vibrant, creative setting!
We're looking for an outgoing and enthusiastic Hostess to be the face of Paint 'N Pour. As the first point of contact for guests, you'll set the tone for an unforgettable experience. From providing helpful information and greeting guests with a smile, to escorting them to their assigned spots, your role is crucial in creating a welcoming and energetic atmosphere.
Key Responsibilities:
Greet and seat guests with a warm and friendly attitude
Answer phone inquiries and manage reservations
Provide guests with information about the venue, events, and menu
Ensure smooth guest flow by escorting them to their designated areas
Be a key part of the team in delivering an exceptional customer experience

Job Requirements:
Ability to stand and walk for extended periods of time
At least 2 years of previous experience in a high-volume restaurant or hospitality setting preferred
Knowledge of restaurant etiquette and customer service best practices
Familiarity with health and safety regulations in a food service environment
Positive attitude with excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
Excellent time management skills and ability to multitask effectively
Must be available to work weekends
Ability to start within one week of hire
Flexible availability, with the ability to work 32+ hours per week as needed
