Position Overview:
We’re looking for a friendly and enthusiastic Host/Hostess to join our team! As the first point of contact for our guests, you’ll play a key role in setting the tone for their experience. If you love sports, enjoy meeting new people, and thrive in a fast-paced environment, we want to hear from you!
Key Responsibilities:
- Greet guests warmly as they arrive and bid them farewell as they leave.
- Manage reservations and seating to optimize the guest experience.
- Maintain a clean and organized front-of-house area.
- Provide information about the menu, events, and promotions.
- Collaborate with the serving staff to ensure a smooth flow of service.
- Handle guest inquiries and resolve any issues that may arise.
Qualifications:
- Previous experience as a Host/Hostess or in a customer service role preferred.
- Passion for sports and a friendly, outgoing personality.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to multitask and remain calm under pressure.
- Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed.
