Position Overview: As a Host/Hostess/Floor Director, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring the seamless flow of events and delivering exceptional guest experiences. This multifaceted position requires individuals who thrive in fast-paced environments, exude professionalism, and possess outstanding communication skills.
Responsibilities:
Greet and welcome guests with warmth and hospitality upon arrival
Provide accurate information and direct guests to the appropriate event spaces
Maintain a keen eye for detail to ensure all guest needs are met promptly and efficiently
Coordinate with event staff to facilitate smooth transitions and resolve any issues that may arise
Uphold high standards of customer service and professionalism at all times
Demonstrate leadership and assertiveness in managing guest interactions and resolving conflicts effectively
Ability to work weekends and evenings is essential
Qualifications:
Previous experience in hospitality or customer service is preferred but not required
Exceptional interpersonal skills with the ability to engage guests and build rapport
Strong organizational abilities and the capacity to multitask in a fast-paced environment
Enthusiastic team player with a positive attitude and a willingness to learn
Flexibility to adapt to changing priorities and work schedules
Must exhibit a high level of professionalism and attention to detail
Training will be provided to the right candidates
