DESCRIPTION
Looking for positive caring and upbeat individuals to join our very dedicated staff at various NYC Thin Crust locations. We are a small restaurant group with 7 locations and an established clientele with over 20 years in the business. Our restaurants are local haunts for New Yorkers in the know. We are seeking host and phone professionals to manage the influx of clientele and phone orders to our restaurants. These positions require extremely focused individuals with a strong attention to detail and ability to troubleshoot and resolve issues with confidence.
Candidates must have a warm and welcoming demeanor on the phone and in person. You must have A+ communication and organizational skills as well as the ability to thrive under pressure with patience and composure and work well as part of a team.

SKILLS / RESPONSIBILITIES
A true passion for hosting and helping to create an environment where people not only have fun but feel relaxed, welcome, and connected
-A minimum 1 year of Host experience in a full service or upscale restaurant
-A genuine nature; able to comfortably engage in a natural dialogue with guests and diffuse difficult situations
-Integrity and the ability to make decisions on your feet
-Previous experience manning multiple phone lines
-Must be able to work quickly and quickly and speak fluently about the menu and its offerings
-This position requires a very high level of responsibility in handling large orders within a specified time-frame.
-Flexible Availability part time positions available
-Bilingual Spanish/English is a plus but not required
-Experience with RESY / Open Table or equivalent is preferred
