ATN Event Staffing is seeking energetic and dependable Event Staff for multiple business conferences. As part of our team you will be providing general event support.
We offer a flexible schedule and accept entry-level candidates.
Rate: $20.00/hr
Location: New York City, NY
Dates:
Wednesday, October 9th: Shifts vary. Most start at 7:00am and end at 4:00pm or 5:30pm (exact times will be given for review prior to booking)
Tuesday, October 15th: 6:30am - 5:00pm or 6:30pm - 9:30pm
Job duties will be one or more of the following:
- Welcome guests and distribute pertinent information
- Assist with a seamless registration and check-in processes
- Offer directional support and manage lines efficiently
- Coat check area assistance
- Run the mic for a Q & A session
- Help guests use an iPad to register
- Ensure room organization and monitor assigned areas
- Provide general event assistance as assigned
Qualifications:
Must be savvy in using computers and iPads
Exhibit an outgoing and friendly demeanor, consistently upholding a professional image
Previous experience in retail, hospitality, brand ambassadorship, and/or customer service is a plus but not required
Advancement Opportunities: Successful candidates may be considered for future roles within this program and other similar high-profile events.
Referral Program: We offer $25.00/per staff referral and have multiple openings available for this event.
