We are looking for experienced sushi chef to join our establishment in Chelsea.
Requirements:
- 3 years minimum New York restaurant/Sushi Chef experience
- Familiarity with omakase dining and able to provide excellent customer service for our guests
- Maintain all kitchen/sushi bar station work areas, to remain clean and organized at all times
- Excellent knife skills and proficiency in various sushi techniques, such as cutting, slicing, rolling
- Strong knowledge of different types of fish and other sushi ingredients
- New York City Food Handler’s Certification preferred
- Must be available to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as required
