Supermarket is looking for a sushi chef
8am - 6pm, hourly pay
Responsibilities:
-Prepare and present a variety of sushi and sashimi items, including rolls, nigiri, and etc.
-Ensure all sushi items are made fresh and in compliance with food safety standards.
-Manage inventory and order sushi-specific ingredients.
-Maintain a clean and organized sushi counter.
-Collaborate with store management on menu updates and promotions.
Qualifications:
-Proven experience as a Sushi Chef or in a similar role.
-Strong knife skills and knowledge of sushi preparation techniques.
-Familiarity with food safety and sanitation regulations.
-Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks.
-Creativity and passion for fresh, high-quality ingredients.
