You’ll:
Lead, train, and inspire the kitchen team.
Cook on the line and maintain quality standards.
Update menus, create specials, and manage stations.
Handle inventory, orders, and track costs.
Requirements:
3–5 years in high-volume kitchens with Latin cuisine experience.
Leadership and hands-on cooking skills.
Purchasing and inventory experience.
NYC Food Handler’s Certificate; bilingual preferred.
