Driven, organized, and talented
Be a coach and be coach-able and have team building skills
Great Creativity and Palate
Experience in a similar role within the restaurant industry
A strong leader and the ability to take command of the kitchen
Experience with ordering, inventories, and cost control
Ability to train, motivate and manage a team
