Seeking a line cook at a modern Korean gastropub in the heart of NoMad, serving amazing food, craft cocktails, and good vibes. We’re known for our warm hospitality, lively atmosphere, and creative take on Korean flavors with a New York twist. As we continue to grow, we’re looking for a talented and reliable line cook to join our stellar back-of-house team.

Responsibilities:

Prepare and cook menu items consistently according to our recipes and standards.

Maintain cleanliness and organization of the kitchen and workstations.

Assist with prep work, stock rotation, and inventory management.

Ensure food is cooked, plated, and served in a timely manner during service.

Follow food safety, sanitation, and hygiene procedures at all times.

Work collaboratively with fellow kitchen staff and support the Chef as needed.

Contribute to a positive, team-oriented work environment.

Additional tasks as assigned.

Qualifications:

Previous line cook or kitchen experience.

Strong knife skills and knowledge of cooking techniques.

Ability to work quickly and efficiently under pressure.

Reliability, punctuality, and strong attention to detail.

Must be able to stand for long periods and lift up to 50 lbs.

Availability for evening and weekend shifts.

Candidates must be legally eligible to work in the United States.
