Established restaurant is seeking an experienced person to work the fish station. The station is located in the center of the line. All dishes moved to the center.
Candidate must feel comfortable :
-calling out tickets and working as a team.
-Sauce prep
Vinaigrette prep
Puree prep
Fish butchery
Must ne available 1:30pm - 11pm sunday - thursday
Please note: all Fridays and saturdays off
