Looking for an experienced and enthusiastic hospitality manager to take responsibility and assist in the daily operations of our casual upscale restaurant, with responsibilities in the following areas:
- staff management and morale, including hiring and training
- guest relations
- supervise bar and service operations
- lead by example
- identify opportunities for improvement and quality control
- facility upkeep and maintenance
- inventory
- Closing and reconciliation (evening shifts)
Minimum 4 years management experience including at least 2 years in high volume dining required.
Wine, liquor and service proficiency is a must.
Basic proficiency in computer skills is a must.
NYC Health Dept Certificate is a plus.
