We are The Collective Hospitality Group, A Queens based hospitality group with many exciting concepts. Today, we are looking to fill the position of manager for our pizzeria concept. The restaurant is a dual style pizzeria:
1. A slice shop in the front.
2. A sit down pizzeria/restaurant in the back.(you will help us open this room)
This position requires someone with:
1. NYC Food Handler's certificate
2. Strong leadership skills
3. Have a passion for hospitality
4. Commitment to ensuring guests & staff receive the highest level of care
5. Create a warm & welcoming environment
6. Oversight of daily operations
7. Good communications skills
8. Ordering & inventory control
9. Ensure all safety and DOH rules are being followed
10. Ability to make schedules
11. Strong work ethic
