We are looking for an experienced General Manager to join our exciting restaurant in Midtown!
Compensation: $80k-$120k.
Requirements:
3 years of experience in sushi restaurants.
Knowledge of POS (Toast is a plus), inventory management, hiring.
Experience with restaurant openings, building out systems, and creating positive work environments
Passion for hospitality and Japanese cuisine
Knowledge of food delivery apps, fast-casual dining, takeout/delivery systems.
