Key Responsibilities:

Manage staff, including hiring, training, and performance evaluations
Collaborate with the kitchen team to maintain high-quality food preparation
Monitor inventory, manage budgets, and optimize costs
Enhance guest experiences through innovative service strategies
Implement health and safety regulations
Qualifications:
Proven experience in restaurant management or a similar role
Strong leadership and interpersonal skills
Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities
Knowledge of POS systems and restaurant software
