A small bakery is seeking skilled bakers to produce a selection of donuts and introduce bread/cake staples to the public.
Owner has been trained in Germany, so if you have european training we want to hear from you!
But those who love to bake are found all over. I myself am from NYC and look forward to working with skilled independent and reliable bakersmiths who want to run their side of the house while upholding a clean, efficient and productive workplace.

We do not intend to have a full blown wholesale bakery operation. We want to boutique type of bakery that provides fresh baked goods everyday and is very community oriented. Our team will focus on fewer offerings, but those offerings will be the best we can bake!
Experience in donut production, sour dough breadmaking, and layer cakes, sheet tortes and cheesecakes is all a plus!
