Job Description:
We seek enthusiastic and experienced individuals to join our team. As a Server/Bartender, you will play a key role in providing exceptional service to our guests by taking orders, serving food and beverages, and crafting delicious cocktails. The ideal candidate will be passionate about hospitality, possess strong communication skills, and thrive in a fast-paced environment.
Greet and seat guests in a friendly and professional manner
Take food and beverage orders accurately and efficiently
Deliver food and beverages promptly and courteously
Prepare and serve cocktails, wine, and other beverages according to standard recipes
Maintain a clean and organized work area
Handle cash and credit card transactions accurately
Collaborate with team members to ensure guest satisfaction
Follow all safety and sanitation procedures
Requirements:
Strong knowledge of food and beverage service
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to work well under pressure in a fast-paced environment
Must be able to stand, walk, and lift for extended periods
Flexible schedule, including evenings, weekends, and holidays
