Position: Line Cook Location: Williamsburg, Brooklyn Hours: Full-time, 40 hours per week Starting Pay: $21 per hour

Key Responsibilities:
Prepare and cook a variety of dishes to a high standard, following our restaurant’s recipes and specifications.
Maintain cleanliness and organization of the kitchen, adhering to health and safety regulations.
Work efficiently under pressure during busy service times.
Collaborate with the kitchen team to ensure smooth operations and excellent customer service. Qualifications:
Previous experience as a line cook or in a similar role.
Strong knowledge of cooking techniques, kitchen equipment, and food safety practices. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment. Passion for New American and Greek cuisine is a plus!
