Good Thanks Brooklyn is looking for a experienced barista to work part time 2 days a week!
Sunday (9am-5pm) , Thursday (8am-4pm)
Good Thanks is becoming a staple of the community in coffee and breakfast/brunch scene in Williamsburg. We are especially busy on weekends, and require a very capable barista to be preparing a full days service of espresso and other drinks. We therefore require a strong level of experience in a similar role and some other bar knowledge would be preferred but not essential as there is a brunch cocktail list.
Required Barista skills:
- dialing in Linea espresso machine
- Preparing drip coffee using a Fetco and Curtis Brewer
- Re tasting and tweaking espresso
- Opening and/or closing the bar and barista station
- Strong level of milk steaming and pouring
