Nuhma Inflight Dining is looking for an experienced Pastry Chef to join our growing team. As a Pastry Chef, you will be responsible for the daily preparation and creation of pastry items for daily service. You have a strong passion for food, an eagerness to develop and build on your skills as a chef and be an integral part of a team that values hard work and attention to every detail.

Nuhma Inflight Dining is the premier in-flight dining service for the private aviation industry. We specialize in fresh seasonal menus delivered with michelin-starred quality, providing an exceptional customer experience.

Responsibilities:

Display a working knowledge of basic pastry preparation and kitchen equipment use

Demonstrate an ability to efficiently execute all prep assignments with excellence

Consistently ensure that prep station remains clean and organized

Communicates effectively with the kitchen team and embodies an environment of teamwork

Demonstrate an eagerness to refine techniques and a desire to continually learn and grow

Qualifications:

6-10 years experience in a pastry chef at a full-service restaurant/catering is preferred

Ability to walk or stand for long periods of time, multitasking, creating menu's and procedures

English fluency and additional languages preferred, but not required
