F&F Pizzeria is looking for Pizza Cooks to join our Culinary team.
This position involves operating a deck oven, cooking, resting, cutting, and serving pizzas during your shifts. You will work closely with F&F Pizzeria Management and fellow line cooks to set up and execute pizza production, ensuring a successful service while maintaining company standards and quality. We value a passion for food, a strong work ethic, teamwork, and a positive attitude.
Requirements
1+ years pizza/dough making experience
In-depth knowledge of kitchen health and safety regulations
Ability to work well in a stressful and fast-paced environment
Basic knife skills and familiarity and comfortability in a small kitchen
Outstanding communication and organizational skills
Proven ability to be a team player
Food Handler’s Certification preferred
Willingness to work varied shifts, including days, nights, weekends and holidays
