Daytime Reception for Reservations/Reservationist at Fine Dining Establishment
Job Duties Include but are not limited to:
- Prior restaurant reception and/or host/hostess experience preferred.
- Day time hours of 10:00 AM 4:00 PM.
- Fridays and Saturdays, plus on-call shifts when available.
- Managing all reservations, phone calls, and guest queries.
- Making reservations through our restaurant system and open table.
- Light office duties include filing, printing, copies, boxing.
- Keen attention to reservations and guest queries; taking notes and/or requests to relay message to management.
- Must have great communication skills with clients and managing team.
- Must be reliable, prompt, and organized.
