Raon is an upcoming fine dining restaurant that showcases innovative Korean cuisine. We are assembling a new team with plans to open in December. We are currently hiring a Sous Chef and Line Cook to join our opening team, led by Chef Soogil Lim. Raon is an intimate dining space featuring a 14-seat chef’s table and a tasting menu.

We're looking to fill in a full and part time position.
[Responsibilities]
Prepare dishes according to recipe standards and production orders.
Ensure all necessary items are stocked at the beginning of each shift and communicate ingredient needs promptly.
Report any discrepancies in a timely manner.
Clean and maintain kitchen equipment as required.
Keep work stations and equipment thoroughly cleaned at the end of each shift.
Provide assistance to team members when needed.
Support a clean, safe, and positive environment through training and teamwork.
[Requirements]
At least 3years working in the line in an upscale restaurant.
Food Handler’s Safety Certificate preferred.
Proficiency in English (reading, speaking, and understanding).
Strong communication skills with management, kitchen staff, and dining area staff.
Ability to lift up to 30 pounds and perform movements like reaching, bending, and stooping.
Able to work extended periods (up to 10 hours) standing.
Legally authorized to work in the US.
Experience in a Michelin-starred environment is a plus.
Use all required tools safely and efficiently.
Ability to move around the restaurant safely during the shift.
