Key Responsibilities:
Lead by example in delivering top-notch guest service and quality food.
Oversee day-to-day operations to ensure efficiency and high standards.
Train, mentor, and motivate a team of front- and back-of-house staff.
Monitor inventory, manage ordering, and ensure proper stock levels.
Ensure compliance with all health, safety, and sanitation guidelines.
Handle customer complaints or concerns with professionalism and empathy.
Assist in managing staff schedules and staffing levels to optimize service.
Requirements:
2+ years of experience in a supervisory or management role in the food industry.
Proven ability to lead, motivate, and develop a team.
Extensive knowledge of restaurant operations, including food safety, cost control, and customer service.
Strong communication and organizational skills.
Ability to work under pressure and solve problems quickly.
Flexible availability, including nights, weekends, and holidays.
