RESPONSIBILITIES:
The Bathroom Attendant is responsible for providing guests with courteous, friendly, sincere, efficient table service that meets or exceeds guest expectations
Ensure high levels of guest satisfaction
Cleaning guest restrooms, including restocking dispensers
Cleaning and sanitizing fixtures, cleaning mirrors, spot cleaning partition doors and walls
Emptying wastebaskets and transport other trash and waste to disposal areas
Sweeping, scrubbing floors, using brooms & mops
Must be capable of maintaining the cleanliness and sanitary levels of the facility.
REQUIREMENTS:
Excellent guest service and interpersonal skills with the ability to relate to diverse guest types
Ability to remain calm and well organized under pressure while working quickly
Ability to prioritize and maintain multiple tasks at a time
This position requires standing and walking during majority of shift
Team-orientated and positive attitude
Strong communication skills a must
