THE TASKS YOU WILL BE HANDLING
. Assisting with inventory restocking and tracking for Food/Beverage and Cannabis products, and notifying management of low stock or customer preferences.
. Supporting quality control by checking product appearance and labeling items under manager guidance.
. Following all Food/Beverage and Cannabis handling and safety standards as trained.
. Maintaining cleanliness and organization of service areas, customer spaces, and storage zones throughout your shift.
. Being available on the floor to answer customer questions and make product recommendations, especially regarding Cannabis Plans.
. Supporting shift coverage by communicating availability to managers and being flexible with schedule needs.
. Contributing to a friendly, professional atmosphere and helping ensure smooth daily operations.
. Reporting safety concerns, product issues, or customer feedback to supervisors or managers promptly.
. Participating in occasional events or campaigns such as brand activations, influencer visits, or catering setups, as directed by the management team.
QUALIFICATIONS
. 1-2 years experience in a café, retail, or customer-facing role
. Basic knowledge of Microsoft Office, Square POS, and delivery platforms
. Strong customer service skills
. Excellent organizational skills
. The ability to be a Team Leader Analytical and problem-solving skills Excellent verbal communication skills
. Knowledge on Cannabis and Food Protection regulation in New York City
. High-volume production, college degree, and catering experience is preferred
